Recipes for sweet rolls

Instructions:

  • Place all the ingredients for the egg mixture in a flat-bottomed bowl large enough to place the roll.
  • Mix the ingredients with a whisk.
  • Sprinkle the sugar in a small bowl.
  • Using a rolling pin, roll the bread flat. This will make the bread slices easier to roll up (and keep them rolled up).
  • Spread each piece of bread with about 3/4 tablespoon Nutella.
  • Sprinkle with strawberries.
  • Then roll up the bread slice. The Nutella keeps them tight.
  • Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.
  • Roll each bun in the egg mixture, shaking off the excess, and place the roll in the pan. Repeat the process with the remaining buns.
  • Bake the rolls until each side is golden brown, about 4 minutes, turning them about every 1 minute.
  • Remove the rolls from the pan and immediately place them in the sugar. Roll the buns to coat them with sugar and then remove them. Repeat the process with the remaining rolls.
  • Serve them immediately while they are still warm.
