America in Bloom advisers record strengths, improvement opportunities during Carthage visit | News

CARTHAGE, Mo. — Two experienced volunteer advisers from the The united states in Bloom national awards program visited Carthage this week for a tour by Eyesight Carthage to see the aesthetics the metropolis has to present.
