On Dallas’ Deloache Avenue, there’s a seven-bedroom home with room for seven cars, as well

The home at 5210 Deloache Ave. was designed for family living and lots of entertaining, said listing agent Cindy Stager. The home is 13,092 square feet and has seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms and two half-bathrooms.

Originally a spec home, the sellers purchased the property while it was being built so they added some customization, Stager said. It was built in 2004 and has had one owner since then.

Stager said the home’s distinct design could suit a variety of lifestyles.

“I think this house is so unique in that it could fit an empty nester who loves to entertain and wants room for their children and grandkids to come,” she said. “But then it’s also a perfect family home.”

The property is 1.4 acres and has a pool, outdoor entertaining areas, a cabana, a sport court and children’s playhouses in the backyard. Stager said the playhouses can stay if the buyer wants them.

On the first level, the home has a striking dining room with arched ceilings and a bold red color on the walls. The formal living room has a fireplace and a set of French doors that look onto the property. A larger family room has wood beams across the ceiling and French doors that access the back of the property. The kitchen is set apart on one side of the family room and has a unique design — a kitchen space with a smaller living area and a dining area.

The primary suite and a guest suite are on the first level. The remaining bedrooms are on the second level of the home. The property also features a media room, a library and a craft room. There are two exercise rooms, with one off of the primary suite and another connected to the guest house, The guest house is 1,866 square feet and is behind the pool. The home also has garages for seven cars.

The property is listed for $8,750,000 by Cindy Stager of Allie Beth Allman & Associates.
